Radouane Oudrhiri
Radouane Oudrhiri has more than 20 years of teaching and consulting experience in software quality engineering, Six Sigma for Software and maturity-based models.
He implemented SPI initiatives within large and small organisations. He is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt trained by GE Medical Systems. Radouane is conducting research works on Information Systems Evolution and integration of practices such as: CMMI, SPC, Six Sigma, Structural Design, TRIZ, Axiomatic Design and Reliability Engineering.
Radouane has an M.S. in Operations Research, MBA and PhD in Information Theory and Systems. He is a Lecturer at La Sorbonne Paris, Telecom Paris and an evaluator at the European Commission.

Teodora Bozheva
Teodora Bozheva is a senior consultant at the European Software Institute (ESI) since 2001. She has been working with software organizations in different countries providing them support in the implementation of Software Process Improvement and Project Management programs. She is Six Sigma Black Belt trained and certified by Systonomy. Teodora has been applying Six Sigma for IT in the area of testing of embedded software. She also works on integrating six sigma techniques in the definition of CMMI-based processes with the objective to increase the process efficiency.
She is an SEI authorized instructor of the Introduction to CMMI-DEV and CMMI-ACQ courses. She also teaches ESI courses related to software engineering, project management and process improvement management.

Six Sigma is a pragmatic management methodology that focuses on process improvement, problem solving and waste reduction, linking all activities and results directly to the organisation bottom-line (Return on Investment). It is an approach with a well defined phases and deliverables that provides a successful enterprise strategy and fosters a culture of quality and innovation. Lean Six Sigma blends multiple types of thinking: “analytical thinking”, “statistical thinking” and “system thinking”. This combination allows for problem solving at its root cause by finding the key factors that influence the process performance. This knowledge is then used to improve the process and its capability.
Lean Six Sigma was originally conceived in the manufacturing industry as a methodology for eliminating defects. Later, it has been extended to different areas such as banking services, transactional, financial, and, most recently, to Information and Communication Technologies (ICT).

На 23-ти октомври в зала Мусала на ФМИ нещо българско, нещо испанско, нещо мароканско, нещо френско и нещо британско се въплътиха в тринадесетата лекция от Академия за ИТ лидери в зала Мусала на ФМИ в лицето на носителите на 6сигма черни колани Радован Оудрири и Теодора Божева. Темата “Lean Six Sigma for IT” предизвика интереса на студентите и въпросите (и в двете посоки) не спираха да валят по време на цялата лекция. Основните принципи и методи на 6сигма убедиха студентите в практическата полза от изучаването на статистика и смисъла на инженерния подход, а илюстрациите повдигнаха интересни въпроси отвъд забавните примери – “ефект или дефект е кръглото зарче?”, “защо слагаме излишната храна в хладилника?”… В заключение Радован припомни на аудиторията от бъдещи водачи какво е да си лидер.
